Robert Patterson

Descendants of Robert & Margaret (McDowell) Patterson

Robert Patterson (Captain John, Arthur Scott Patterson, Sr, Arthur B Patterson) was born on December 1, 1792 in Nottingham Township, Washington County, Pennsylvania. He married Margaret McDowell in 1819 in Washington County, Pennsylvania. Robert died on March 3, 1867, in Holmes, Ohio, at the age of 74, and was buried in Clark, Ohio.

Children of Robert & Margaret (McDowell) Patterson were:

1. Ruth Patterson b. 1816 and d. 1885 Nottingham Township, Pennsylvania.

2. Elizabeth Patterson b. November 21, 1818 in Nottingham Township, Washington County, Pennsylvania. She died May 29, 1883 and is buried at Clark Cemetery, Coshocton County, Ohio, USA.

3.  JAMES PATTERSON  b. February 15, 1832, and d. June 28, 1906 in Millersburg, Holmes Co, OH. He married MARY ANN CONRAD on June 21, 1860.  MARY ANN CONRAD b. on October 31, 1841, and d. June 28,1906 in Millersburg, Holmes Co, OH.
