OBITUARY

Ron Noble, age 78, of Woodstock, Georgia
 passed away on Wednesday, January 24,
 2024. Ron was born July 22, 1945 in
 Goodrich, Michigan to the late Clifford and

Ron is survived by his wife Carolyn (Hogue) Noble of 57 years, son Aaron Noble (Beth), daughter Rhonda Malone (Ken), and son Brent Noble (Andrea). Ron is also survived by seven grandchildren, Megan Malone, Joshua Noble (Jenn), Joseph Noble, Austin Malone (Bailey), Luke Noble, Aiden Noble, and Cadence Noble. One great grandchild, Lucy Noble, also survives.

Ron is also survived by his siblings, his twin brother, Roger Noble (Patricia), sister, Pam Lopp (Dan), and brothers Randy Noble and Rodney Noble. Ron was preceded in death by his parents Clifford and Dorothy (Walmer) Noble and sister, Patricia Lou Noble.

Ron graduated from Warren G. Harding High School in 1963 in Warren, Ohio. He received his bachelor’s degree in Political Science and History from Anderson University in 1969 in Anderson, Indiana. He was employed primarily in the insurance industry as an auditor for State Auto (OH), Safeco (GA), CNA (GA).

Ron was dedicated to serving God in his church. He was a church planter, elder, and served on the weekly pastoral committee for sermon review. He sang in choirs and sang solos for the church. He had a beautiful singing voice and was in many quartets, even during the time he served in the US Army in Korea. Ron proudly served his country from 1971-1973 during the Vietnam War. In more recent years, his favorite activities were spending time with family, yard work / curbside appeal, watching sports (Georgia Bulldogs, Atlanta Braves), Sudoku puzzles, and listening to political broadcasts.

A visitation for Ron will be from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM on Saturday, February 3, 2024, at Legacy Church (1040 Blackwell Rd, Marietta, GA 30066), followed by a memorial service at 12:30 PM. The burial will be held on February 8, 2024 at Georgia National Cemetery in Canton, Georgia.
